Eligibility

- Health seekers aged 12 years and above are eligible for treatment. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Health seekers should not arrive at the center before their scheduled booking date.

Check-In Procedure

- Check-in time on the scheduled day of arrival is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This day will be dedicated to orientation and consultations with doctors.

- Please arrive on time to enjoy your stay and treatment, as late arrivals may affect the planning of therapist schedules and availability of treatments.

Registration

- For guests arriving without advance registration, accommodation will be subject to availability and acceptance by the medical authority.

- Patients are not permitted to leave the center before check-out.

Facility Guidelines

- Room service and late-night food options are not available.

- Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, eggs, tobacco, gutkha, narcotics, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- Do not bring tea, coffee, snacks, or outside food; they are not allowed on the property.

- Baggage will be scanned upon arrival for prohibited items—your cooperation is appreciated.

- Maintain cleanliness; do not use polythene bags, and avoid plucking flowers, vegetables, or leaves, or disturbing wildlife.

Additional Information

- Pets are not allowed at the center.

- Patients must adhere to the rules and regulations of the institute. Management reserves the right to expel any patient for breaches of norms and discipline, with no refunds issued.

Swimming Timings

- Swimming: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (not allowed for children under 15 years).

Booking Confirmation Policy

- Please book rooms a minimum of three days before your check-in date.

- Booking is confirmed only after a 50% advance payment of the total billing value.

- The remaining 50% must be paid on arrival at check-in.

- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Online NEFT, RTGS.

Cancellation Policy

- Once your booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds or postponements.
